It is requesting approval to remove the building envelope on lot 2, block 1 because it conflicts with the ability to place the entire residence within the existing envelope. Given the requested adjustment, District Re-4 does not object to the approval of this application. If use of the land should change, the School District respectfully requests the opportunity to respond with comments regarding the impact of any re-zoning or land use changes.
