RE: Nolan, Home Ranch PUD PUDF15-0001
Dear Kim:
The above referenced minor adjustment is located in the Home Ranch PUD, which is north
of Weld County Road 74 and east of and adjacent to Hannah Way. It is requesting approval
to remove the building envelope on lot 2, block 1 because it conflicts with the ability to place
the entire residence within the existing envelope. Given the requested adjustment, District
Re-4 does not object to the approval of this application.
If use of the land should change, the School District respectfully requests the
opportunity to respond with comments regarding the impact of any re-zoning or land use
changes. Your continuing cooperation is sincerely appreciated, as is the opportunity to
comment upon issues of interest to the Town, the School District and our mutual
