Water Supply Summary Statement
A public water system is not available to service the site. Therefore, a new commercial water well
will be applied for, and permitted through the State of Colorado Division of Water Resources.
Restroom facilities will be located in the office and the construction trailer. Portable toilets with
hand washing will be located in the vicinity of the unloading facility. The new well will provide
water for these restroom facilities.
Employees and patrons of the facility will have access to bottled water in the vicinity of the
unloading facility.
WATER SUPPLY INFORMATION SUMMARY
Section 30.28-133,(d), C.R.S. requires that the applicant submit to the County,"Adequate evidence that a water supply that
is sufficient in terms of quantity, quality and dependability will be available to ensure an adequate supply of water.

Sanitary Sewage Disposal Statement
Portable toilets and hand-washing facilities will be provided for drivers and construction crews. The
office will have an indoor toilet.
In the future, Magellan may replace the portable toilets with a restroom building. The location will
occur near the unloading facility and will connect to a septic system designed and installed according
to Weld County standards.
