Box 75$ Greeley, Colorado $0631 Re: Conservation Trust Fund Monies Coal Creek Park Project -- Erie Dear Commissioner Carlson: Enclosed are two items for which we need your approval on our Coal Creek Park Project funded by Conservation Trust Fund monies in 1979. The first is the low bid on 600 feet of chain link fencing for the east edge of the baseball fields. This is for materials only. The baseball coaches will install it. The Erie Town Board at its last meeting approved the bid, which was the lowest of four bids they received. We will await word from you before we purchase the material. The second item is the bill submitted by Alan Kobobel, a local resident who prepared the fields and surrounding land last April so that trees and shrubs could be planted, etc. His bill is itemized. He has been very patient with the Town about receiving payment and we would like to pay him as soon as possible. Our proposal for the restroom/concession building is being drawn up now, and we hope to get it within two weeks. We are also enclosing the complete "Budget for Coal Creek Park -- Town of Erie, 1979". If you have any question, please do not hesitate to con- tact us. Sincerely, 91 e-A. E) Susan Pedrick, Chairman Parks & Recreation Committee Encls. • HUGH`M. WOODS COMPANY ISALES 1 I 8 _ .
