Enclosed are the second quarter 2015 Profit&Loss statement and Summary ofAccounts along
with the signed and notarized Acknowledgement. Second quarter 2015 net income totaled a
negative$1,880.89. Foreclosures processed this quarter total 105,a slight increase over first
quarter 2015.
Releases of Deeds of Trust are coming in strong. Last month 1,923 releases were processed.
That is the highest number of releases processed in one month so far this year. In 2014,second
quarter releases totaled 3,235. The number of releases processed this quarter totaled 4,734.
Comparing second quarter 2014 to second quarter 2015 shows an increase of 25%in the
number of releases processed.
As mandated by statute,the Public Trustee must keep a separate reserve fund in an amount
equal to total operating costs of the previous year. The operating expenses for 2014 totaled
$368,166.21. This is the amount that the Public Trustee must hold in a separate interest-bearing
account.
