Three bids were received ranging from$6,391,023.20 to$8,421,637.06. This amount exceeds the budget included in contract EIAF 7602;therefore, Weld County requests modifying the project scope of work and budget in order to complete the nine mile project as originally awarded. Weld County requests modifying the scope of work to continue contracting WCR 39 and rather than contracting WCR 32, allow county crews to complete WCR 32.
