RE: CREATING CASH REVOLVING FUND IN THE WELD COUNTY
EXTENSION OFFICE.
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the Board of County Com-
missioners, Weld County, Colorado, that there is a need for a petty cash
revolving fund in the amount of not more than Fifty Dollars ($50. 00) to be
established in the Weld County Extension Office located in the Weld County
Exhibition Building, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that there has been a need to
establish a petty cash fund within the Weld County Extension Office, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interest of the
County to establish such a petty cash account within the Weld County Extension
Office.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that until further order of the Board,
a petty cash account, to be known as the "petty cash fund", in the Weld County
Extension Office is hereby established; that such account shall not exceed
Fifty Dollars ($50. 00) at any one time; and that the Weld County Extension
Agent shall be responsible for all receipts and disbursements in the adminis-
tration of said fund.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote this 26th day of April, A. D. , 1976.
