SUBJECT:Older Americans Act Bid—B1500062
All bids were received and opened on March 13,2015 for the following contract service:
• Senior Nutrition Program Meal Delivery Service
The Area Agency on Aging received only one bid for the specific contract service,Commission
Now, LLC,dba The Greeley Gopher.The base monthly bid is$7,472.00 with the potential of
per mile charge ($2.50 per mile) increase if new meal sites are added to the program. A fuel
surcharge allowance schedule is also included with a$4.01 cap per gallon.The Greeley Gopher
is currently providing the Senior Nutrition Program Meal Delivery Service and is meeting the
needs of the program.
The bids was formally reviewed and approved by the Area Agency on Aging RFP review
committee and the full Area Agency on Aging Advisory Board on April 9th, 2015. It is the
recommendation of the Area Agency on Aging staff and Advisory Board to award the contract to
Commission Now LLC abd:The Greeley Gopher.
