RE: DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHT OF WAY ALONG A PORTION OF
64TH AVENUE, KEN-WIL ACRES , A SUBDIVISION, IN THE
SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 16 , TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH, RANGE
66 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, heard at a public hearing held in the chambers of
r
the County Commissioners on July 28 , 1976 a petition by Kenneth
A. Bateman, Wilma F. Bateman, George C. Bruntzel, and Veda M.
c. Bruntzel, persons desiring to sell and convey to Weld County,
Colorado a strip of group 60 feet in width located in the
Southeast Quarter of Section 16 , Township 5 North, Range 66 West
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, for the purpose of a
right of way for a public highway, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado finds that it is in the best interests of the public
to accept the dedication of such right of way, more particularly
described as follows :
A strip of ground 60 feet in width located in the Southeast Quarter
(SEI) of Section 16, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th
P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, being more particularly described
as follows:
.Beginning at the South Quarter Corner (Si- Cor) of said Section
16, and considering the South line of the Southeast Quarter (SE4)
of said Section 16 as bearing North 90°00'00" East, with all
other bearings contained herein being relative thereto;
Thence North 90°00'00" East, along the South line of the South-
east Quarter (SE4) of said Section 16, 516. 30 feet;
Thence North 00°00'00" East, 75. 00 feet to the True Point of
Beginning;
Thence continuing North 00°00'00" East, 564. 66 feet;
Thence along the arc of a curve to the right having%a radius of
530. 1)0 feet and a long chord which bears North 03 30'00" East,
64. 71 feet;
Thence North 07°00'00" East, 102. 94 feet;
Thence along the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of
470. 00 feet and a long chord which bears North 03°30'00" East,
57. 39 feet;
Thence North 90°00'00" East, 60. 00 feet;
Thence along the arc of a curve to the right havinggaa radius of
530. 00 feet and a long chord which bears South 03 30'00" West,
64. 71 feet;
Thence South 07°00'00" West, 102. 94 feet;
Thence along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of
470 feet and a long chord which bears South 03°30'00" West,
57. 39 feet;
Thence South 00°00'00" West, 564. 66 feet;
Thence South 90°00'00" West, 60. 00 feet to the True Point of
Beginning.
Said strip of ground contains 1 . 088 acres, more or less.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that it does hereby
approve the dedication of the perpetual right of way over
the aforementioned property in consideration of which the
County has paid One Dollar ($1. 00) and other valuable
considerations.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on this 9th
day of August, A. D. 1976.
