The Information Technology staff has reviewed all of the bid responses.H&H Data
Services Inc.from Fort Collins,CO proposed the lowest cost solution of$14,691.05 and
meets the needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information,I recommend the board award B1500102 Fiber
Relocation from CDOT to Print Shop to H&H Data Services Inc.for a total amount of
$14,691.05.
