RE: ESTABLISHMENT OF ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR THE CHALK BLUFFS PEST
CONTROL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 21st day of June, 1978, the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County; Colorado established the Chalk
Bluffs Pest Control District, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 35-5-105, CRS 1973, the Board
of County Commissioners is required to set up an advisory committee
whenever a pest control district is established, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 35-5-105, CRS 1973, said advisory
committee shall consist of resident landowners, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Edward Prosser, Dean
Prosser, William Cox, Mark Cox, and Jesse Frazier be appointed to
serve on said advisory committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Chalk Bluffs Pest
Control District Advisory Committee be, and hereby is, established,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Edward Prosser, Dean
Prosser, William Cox, Mark Cox, and Jesse Frazier, be and hereby
are, appointed to serve on said advisory committee.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of
June , 1978.
