I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated June 24, 2015, and duly published June 29, 2015, in
the Greeley Tribune, public hearings were conducted August 3, 2015, with a quorum of the

�----! Chair Kirkmeyer commended the Assessor and his entire office for all of their hard work and
proclaimed them as the best in the State. She stated they are extremely fair and consistent to all of
the taxpayers. Commissioners Moreno, Freeman, Cozad concurred they are the best, gave very
professional presentations, and also educated the Board in a very patient manner which enabled
them to make confident decisions. Commissioner Conway also thanked Assistant County Attorney,
Bob Choate. He stated Weld County is the only County in which the Board of Commissioners
hears these appeals, versus an appointed hearing officer, and the minimal amount of hearings
speaks to the willingness of the Assessor's Office staff to listen and work very hard to be fair to the
taxpayers of Weld County. Chair Kirkmeyer also thanked the Clerk to the Board staff for helping
coordinate all of the hearings and associated paperwork. There being no further discussion, Chair
Kirkmeyer adjourned the hearings of the Weld County Board of Equalization for 2015.
