Due to contractual review with the proposed DR site, the bids present date was postponed until this time. Bids have been re-verified to still be current and valid. Three (3) bids were received ranging from $76,371.96 to $311,247.00 for 3 years of support and $87,904.31 to 409,623.00 for 5 years of support. A large variance in regard to cost was received. From the responses that provided sufficient detail, this can be explained by higher hardware, maintenance and professional services costs. GTRI, the low cost bid is an EMC Premier Partner and is the incumbent Weld County partner with an extensive understanding of the Weld County environment. GTRI has provided a bid for all requested equipment and meets all ask for requirements. The Information Technology staff has reviewed all of the bid responses. Global Technology Resources, Inc (GTRI) from Denver, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of$76,371.96 for 3 years of support and meets the needed functionality documented in the bid process.
