South bound traffic would be stopped on CR 57 at CR 76. The traffic count for CR 57 was taken in October 2012 with an AADT of 31. The traffic count for CR 76 was taken in October 2012 with an AADT of 97, both roadways are local roadways. CR 76 and CR 57 are both gravel roadways. The Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) section 2B.04 suggests that stop signs should be placed at an intersection of a less important road with a main road where application of the normal right-of-way rule would not be expected to provide reasonable compliance with the law. There is limited sight distance on CR 76. Public Works recommends that traffic be stopped on CR 57 in the South bound direction. 2015-0701 March 12,2015 C:\Users\egesick\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.Outlook\FLCMGA61\BOCC 031215 SS(2).doc Hello
