TO: PUBLIC RELATIONS COMMITTEE

FROM: NANCY CLARK
A request was made by the Chamber of Commerce for a panel discussion on the Charter
Commission. This will be given Thursday,afternoon, January 23, for the Farm Bureau
Fair. I need to let the Chamber know.
Also, I'm intending to send a letter to each of the newspapers and radio stations
in the county asking if they would like to receive the minutes of our general
meetings each week. I will include an invitation to attend the meetings and inform
them of our open-policy on all committee meetings.
We are all so busy with our other committee jobs that I would rather wait awhile for
the Public Relations Committee to meet.
I have had this mailing list compiled and thought you might like a copy.
Let me know your thoughts on these matters.
