To The Honorable Board of
County Com:__issioners , of
Weld County, Colorado
Whereas , the section line between sections 27 and 28 , Township
3 North, Range 67 West is the boundary line of School
District Number 118, and
7hereas , said line is continually necessary for busses to transport —
pupils , and
ereas ,the road on said line is for the most part impas able ,
not being, according to the best of our knowledge , regularly
laid out and hence unimproved,
Therefore , we , the undersigned owners of land adjoining said
described line , hereby respectfully petition you to
lay out, if not already so done , and improve said section
line, considting of one mile , to the end that it may be
passable forschool busses .
