Evidence of Adequate Water Supply
Potable water will be provided during construction by the contractor and DCP. After construction, the site
will be unmanned, and no potable water is deemed necessary for the site. In the event of a fire, water or
chemical fire retardants would be transported to the site by the Galeton Fire Department.

Evidence of Adequate Sewage Disposal
Temporary sewage disposal units will be provided by the contractor during construction. After
construction, the site will be unmanned. However, a portable toilet will be provided for use by DCP
employees visiting the site. Sewage disposal will be handled by:
