Dear Sirs:
On May 26th, 1978, the Board of County Commissioners I
received a petition from your office requesting denial
of the Rolanda Feeds Special Use Permit. Although '
the petition was dated April 25th, 1978, the day the
hearing was held on the SUP request, the Commissioners
did not receive it in this office until over a month
later. Therefore, on the advise of the County Attorney's
Office, we would like to inform you that the petition cannot
be entered into the official record on the Rolanda Feeds
matter.
