RE: APPROVE REASSIGNMENTS, APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO FAIR
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exists on the Fair Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Robby Adams be reassigned to the FFA
Chapter representative to replace John Stahley, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Andrew Raff be appointed to said board, to
replace Teri Segelke, Jane Miller be appointed to replace John Stahley; and that Neil Temmer
and Jo Temmer be appointed, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jennifer Seltzer, Justin Sidwell, and Debbie
Carpio be reappointed.
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reassign Robby Adams with his term to
remain and expire September 30, 2017; and to appoint Andrew Raff, Jane Miller, Neil Temmer
and Jo Temmer and to reappoint Jennifer Seltzer and Justin Sidwell and Debbie Carpio to said
board, all with terms to expire September 30, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Robby Adams be reassigned to FFC Chapter representative with a term
to remain and expire September 30, 2017; and Andrew Raff, Jane Miller, Neil Temmer, and Jo
Temmer be, and hereby are, appointed to the Fair Board, and that Jennifer Seltzer and Justin
Sidwell and Debbie Carpio be reappointed to said board, all with terms to expire September 30,
2018.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 7th day of December, A.D., 2015.
