RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING LEASE AGREEMENT FOR 822 7TH STREET,
GREELEY -WITWER, OLDENBURG, BARRY AND GROOM, LLP
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a lease agreement for Witwer, Oldenburg,
Barry and Groom, LLP and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 30th day of September, 2015, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to October 7, 2015, to allow
Witwer, Oldenburg, Barry and Groom, LLP, adequate time to consider proposed revised
language.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to October 7,
2015, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 30th day of September, A.D., 2015.
