RE: APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER LEONARD ROE TO FILL VACANCY
ON HOUSING AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy now exists on the Housing Authority due
to the death of Ed Dunbar, and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Leonard Roe has expressed an interest
in serving on said Housing Authority, filling the unexpired
term of Ed Dunbar, said term to end September 12 , 1980 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Commissioner Leonard
Roe be, and hereby is, appointed to serve on the Housing Authority
for the unexpired term of Ed Dunbar, said term expiring
September 12, 1980 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of
December, A.D. , 1978.

and that I will faithfully perform the duties of the office of
Commissioner of the Housing Authority of the County of Weld,
Colorado, upon which I am about to enter.
