As advertised, this bid is to perform carpet cleaning in the buildings located in the North Business Park in
Greeley. The low bidder is Oband's Janitorial Company. Upon review of the bid, Oband's stated they
had made a clerical error and their original submitted bid was not correct. Therefore, the bid Oband's
submitted is incomplete/inaccurate . Given this information, GAM Enterprises Inc. is the low bid .
Therefore, Buildings and Grounds is recommending awarding this bid to the low bidder GAM Enterprises
for $6,703 .60 per month .
