The Information Technology staff has reviewed all of the bid responses.Vcura Inc.from
Englewood,CO proposed the lowest cost solution of$18,471.51 and meets the needed
functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information,I recommend the board award B1500135 Proofpoint
Maintenance to Vcura Inc.for a total amount of$18,471.51.
