Dear Ms. Newton:
The Board of Weld County Commissioners has received
your request for permission to use the Weld County
Local Government System Radio Channel .
Before acting on your request, the Board wishes to seek
recommendations from the Communications Advisory Board
in order to assure coordination with existing systems. •
I have asked Mr. Bud Reynolds, Chairman of that board,
to consider your request at the next Advisory Board
meeting on April 25, 1978.
As soon as the Commissioners receive those recommendations,
we will notify you of the Board's decision. I hope the
delay does not inconvenience your group's activities.
