RE: APPOINTMENT OF VICTOR L. JACOBUCCI AS MEMBER OF THE WELD
COUNTY MUNICIPAL AIRPORT BOARD FOR A TERM EXPIRING
DECEMBER 31, 1979.
WHEREAS, a vacancy now exists on the Weld County Municipal
Airport Board, due to the resignation of Roy Moser from member-
ship thereon, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners unanimously
have elected Victor L. Jacobucci to membership on the Weld County
Airport Board to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of
Roy Moser for a term expiring December 31, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Victor L. Jacobucci
be, and hereby is appointed as a member of the Weld County
Municipal Airport Board for a term beginning on this date and
ending December 31, 1979.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 5th day of
January, 1977.
