Please review and indicate if you would like a work session prior to placing these items on the
Board's agenda.
Request Board Approval for the Departments' Child Protection Agreement
Extension/Renewal with Various Providers.The below parties agree to extend the term of their
original agreement, in accordance with the conditions of the original agreement, under the standard
form for renewals.The standard form was approved as new business on March 9,2015.The renewal
term is for June I,2015 to May 31,2016 for the following contracts and contractors:
