RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS OF VARIOUS REPRESENTATIVES TO THE
WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Workforce Development Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Brian Kuznik be appointed to said board as a
Labor representative, and that Sandra Crouse be appointed as a Joint Labor representative,
effective August 11, 2015, and expiring December 31, 2017, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Brian Kuznik and Sandra Crouse to
said board, with terms to expire December 31, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Brian Kuznik and Sandra Crouse be, and hereby are, appointed to the
Workforce Development Board, with terms effective August 11, 2015, and set to expire
December 31, 2017.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 16th day of September, A.D., 2015, nunc pro tunc August 11, 2015.
