WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners has been informed by the Weld County Department of Planning Services that Jerry Bigbee has requested that the aforementioned Amended Recorded Exemption No. 365 be amended by reducing the size of Lot A from 8. 231 acres to 6. 706 acres. Lot B will increase in size from 10. 820 acres to 11. 661 acres, and WHEREAS, the Department of Planning Services recommends that said request to amend Amended Recorded Exemption No. 365 be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the amendment to Recorded Exemption No. 365 be, and hereby is , approved. It appeared that the right-of-way pins at the breakpoint was represented to be the lot corner of Lot 22. Upon completion of the Cleeland' s house, the Property Improvement Location Plat showed the Cleeland' s North boundary line to be closer to their house than they had believed it to be . This Replat is submitted in order to resolve the difference between the actual North line of Lot 22 and the North line of Lot 22 as represented to the Cleelands.
