Gentlemen:
Please be advised that a public hearings before the Mead Planning Commission and
Board of Trustees have been set to review and consider zoning of the I-25 Enclave Annexation at
the southeast corner of the I-25 and State Highway 66 Intersection from the Weld County zoning
designations of GC, HC and AG, to GC, HG and AG zones under the Mead Land Use Code. The
property is owned by Lyons 66 Pacific, LLC, Ashworth at 60th, LLC, Veterinary Ventures, LLC,
Longs Peak Equipment Properties, LLC,the Robert& Janice Rademacher Living Trust, Robert
R. & Diane Rademacher, Drake Mead Partners, LLC and the Colorado Department of
Transportation.
In accordance with the Mead Municipal Code,this notice has been sent to the Board of
County Commissioners and County Attorney for Weld County, and to each special district or
school district encompassing the subject property. This notice has also been sent to service
providers and those holding a franchise with the Town.
Attached are copies of the public hearing notices, and a map of the proposed zoning of
the properties. Copies of the full application, as well as the full-sized maps are available for
review in the Mead Town Hall, 441 - 3r° Street, Mead, Colorado. The public's comments are
welcome at the public hearing. Written comments may be sent to Dan Dean, Town Manager, Box
626, Mead, CO 80542.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
MEAD PLANNING COMMISSION
I-25/HIGHWAY 66 ENCLAVE ZONING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mead by
Ordinance No. 669 adopted March 8, 2010, approve the annexation of the I-25/Highway 66
Enclave without approving the zoning therefore. The Town of Mead has petitioned for the
zoning of the lands contained within the I-25/Highway 66 Enclave from the Weld County GC,
HO and AG zones, to GC, HO and AG zones under the Mead Land Use Code.
The Planning Commission of the Town of Mead will hold a Public Hearing commencing
at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 20, 2015, at the Mead Town Hall, 441 - 3r° Street, Mead,
Colorado 80542, for the purpose of reviewing the petition and making a recommendation to the
Board of Trustees regarding whether the property proposed to be zoned meets the applicable
requirements of the Mead Land Use Code.
Any person may appear at the Public Hearing and be heard regarding the matters under
consideration.
Copies of the petition and supporting material submitted to the Town are on file and
available for public inspection in the Office of the Town Clerk, at the Mead Town Hall, 441 - 3r°
Street, Mead, Colorado 80542.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mead by
