SUBJECT: Bid No. B1500152 & B1500153 — CNG
1/2 Ton Pick-up Trucks —Qty 3 — Public Works
For both bids 1500152 and 1500153, Public Works received one responsive bid for all
three 1/2 ton CNG trucks from the same vendor for both bids. All three half ton's trucks are
priced at $41,928 for a total amount of$125,784.
Weld County received $110,000 in federal Congestion, Mitigation, & Air Quality funds for
fiscal year 2015 in the North Front Range MPO. Weld County's local match for these
funds are $22,867 for a total contract amount of $132,867. Therefore due to adequate
funding availability, Public Works recommends awarding the bid to Auto Nation Ford
Littleton for$125,784.
