RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR
NORTH COLORADO MEDICAL CENTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Trustees for North Colorado
Medical Center, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dr. Susan Carter be reappointed to said board
as the Physician representative, and that Catherine Davis be appointed to replace Thomas Grant,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Catherine Davis and Dr. Susan
Carter to said board, with terms to expire January 9, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Catherine Davis and Dr. Susan Carter be, and hereby are, appointed and
reappointed to the Board of Trustees for North Colorado Medical Center, with terms to expire
January 9, 2018.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 9th day of February, A.D., 2015.
