Description of operation:
We use our truck to haul materials to oil field sites such as:
Road base, sand, gravel, some contaminated dirt from work sight to landfill.
Only one driver lives on sight. Other drivers arrive at our sight to get on to their trucks. They are on
our property probably for about 5 min. max. How much ever time it takes them to get off of their
vehicles on to our trucks.

Most work done to the trucks are done outside, however if an occasional oil change would be done
on site. We would use an oil pan to drop the old oil, we use a tarp under the oil pan for in case of a spill .
It would later be transferred to the original container and taken to get recycled at auto zone. Auto zone
does limit the amount of oil brought in so we try not to do much of that on sight.

No truck washing is done on site.
Dust control can not be done with well water: So we will water down with water trucks when needed

No fuel is stored on site, only fuel on site is what ever is in the trucks.
Bathroom subject:
We spoke to the people in the water dept. on Friday Feb 20, 2015.
They said I had 3 options, either apply for a commercial permit for our well, Porta Potty, or to post
that there is no facilities available. (he didn't know if that was ok with the county or not.) He also gave
us the application to file out for a commercial well, if we decide to go that route.
In the event that we would have to provide any: We have decided that even though we feel it will just
sit there, we will provide a porta potty. We can get one thru our disposal comp. witch is NCD. Only until
we purchase one.
Storm Water Plan :
On the south west part of our property we have about .25 of an acre that is lower
then the rest of the property, for storm water to drain on. We have filled in with
fill dirt and recycled asphalt where we park the trucks. Which is north of the area
in which the storm water drains to. Due to that spot being damp allot of the times
because of the draining of storm water, we have that south entrance on our property
to get to the back of our property, which is also used by Agfinity for delivery of propane.

Dust Abatement Plan :
In dry weather when the dust may become an issue we will water with a hose
to help reduce the dust.
