RE: APPROVE QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG TWO RIVERS
PARKWAY AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN ANY NECESSARY DOCUMENTS -
HAROLD AND MADELINE DANIELS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Quit Claim Deed from Harold and
Madeline Daniels, 1931 Hillrose Drive, Loveland, CO 80538, commencing upon full execution,
with further terms and conditions being as stated in said Quit Claim Deed; said property being
described in Exhibit A, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve and accept said Quit
Claim Deed for Public Right-of-Way along Two Rivers Parkway a copy of which is attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Quit Claim Deed for Public Right-of-Way along Two Rivers Parkway
from Harold and Madeline Daniels, be, and hereby is, approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to
sign any necessary documents pertaining to said Quit Claim Deed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 18th day of May, A.D., 2015.

RE: Two Rivers Parkway
Acceptance of Quit Claim Deed for Public Road Right-of-Way at no cost to Weld County for
Improvements to Two Rivers Parkway with Harold L. Daniels and Madeline P. Daniels.
This is in an area where roadway repairs are being made as a result of flood damage. The Quit
Claim Deed will formalize existing right of way and satisfying federal funding requirements as
evidence of right of way.

THIS DEED is made this/I day of AA-y ,2045 , between, Harold L. Daniels and
Madeline P. Daniels , whose address is 1931 Hillrose Drive, Loveland, Colorado 80538,party of
the first part and Weld County, Colorado, a body politic and corporate of the State of Colorado,
whose address is whose legal address is 1 150"O" Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631,party of the
second part.
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for sufficient consideration, the
receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, sold, conveyed
and QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents does remise, release, sell,convey and QUIT
CLAIM unto the said party of the second part, its heirs, successors and assigns, forever, all the
right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said party of the first part has in and to the
parcel of land situate, lying and being in the County of Weld and State of Colorado, to wit:
All of the real property described in the attached Exhibit"A."
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same,together with all the appurtenances and
privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right,
title, interest and claim whatsoever,of the said party of the first part,either in law or equity,to
the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, heirs and assigns
forever.
