RE: AMENDMENT TO WELD COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE CODE CONCERNING
BOARD PROCEDURES SECTION -- C. WORKING HOURS.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado desires to amend the Weld County Administrative Code
concerning the Board Procedures Section -- C. Working Hours, 1) ,
as follows :
"C. Working Hours.
1) County Road and Bridge crews will come
to work on their own time and be on the
job site at the start of the work day;
they will leave the job site at the
end of the workday on their own time. "
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Board Procedures
Section -- C. Working Hours, 1) , of the Weld County Administra-
tive Code be, and hereby is, amended as hereinabove stated.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of
April, A.D. , 1979.
