Confirmation of Water Tap Availability for Landscaping
Dear Mr. Ogle:
I am sending this letter at the request of Barefoot, I,LC in relation to the Barefoot Lakes project in
Weld County, Colorado. Little "Thompson Water District has an existing agreement with Barefoot
Lakes and is committed to providing water service for both the private uses and public uses at the
project. Barefoot Lakes has asked that we provide a letter addressing one of the approval conditions in
the Board of County Commissioners resolution. Specifically, please be advised that the water tap
necessary to serve the landscaping within Barefoot Lakes Filing No. 1 is available, raw water for that
tap has been conveyed to Little Thompson Water District and the physical tap shall be issued to the St.
Vrain Lakes Metropolitan District upon request, and payment of the required tap fees, by Barefoot,
I,LC in compliance with the standard rules and regulations of Little Thompson Water District.
