You are receiving this notice because you have been identified as a mineral estate owner as
reflected in the records of Weld County Assessor or a request for notification of surface
development with the Weld County Clerk and Recorder, with respect to property that is the
subject of the referenced application.
You are hereby notified that on October 7, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. the Weld County Planning
Commission will hold a public hearing at 1150 "0" Street, Greeley, Colorado to consider an
application for approval of a Use by Special Review application for the proposed project on
property legally described as:
RE 2366 Lots A (.08R.06D) & B (.17R.32D), Section 32, Township 7, Range 65, PT Northwest 1/4
and generally located at: 19300 and 19316 County Road 76, Eaton, Colorado. The nature of
the proposed project is described above and is listed under USR14-0043.
The list of mineral estate owners being notified of this public hearing is supplied by the applicant
and derived from the records of the Weld County Assessor and the Weld County Clerk &
Recorder. As those records are not always current, please feel free to notify any other party
who may have an interest in minerals beneath the surface of the subject property of the
scheduled public hearing.
