The Information Technology staff has reviewed all of the bid responses.CDW
Government from Vernon Hills,IL proposed the lowest cost solution of$24,792.00 and
meets the needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information,I recommend the board award B1500134 Polycom
Video Equipment and Maintenance to CDW Government for a total amount of
$24,792.00.
