Furthermore, enclosed is a check in the amount of$400.00 for 4 leases at $100.00 per lease. In the event MRI acquires more leases with Weld County in lands shown on the attached Exhibit"A"we will provide supplemental lease schedules and payment. Please have the appropriate person execute the enclosed Consent to the Assignment form. Box 758, Greeley, CO 80632. RECITALS WI-IEREAS, Mineral Resources, Inc., ("MRI") has acquired numerous oil and gas leases in Weld County, Colorado; WHEREAS, Effective as of March 1,2014 MRI entered into certain agreements with Extraction Oil and Gas, LLC ("Extraction") and Richmark Energy Partners, LLC ("Richmark"). Under these agreements MRI is obligated to assign unto Extraction 93% and unto Richmark 7% of the working interest in and to all current and future leases taken in the lands described in the attached Exhibit"A".
