Our age and physical limitations make it difficult for use to keep the property up without help. The applicant, Steve Carlson will help maintain our home, property and animals and will assist us in our day to day activities and errands. By allowing this request we will be providing the applicant with safe and adequate housing for himself and his family with the opportunities and enjoyment that come with living a rural lifestyle. Drainage Report No additional imperviousness will be added to the site as the small home will be located within the footprint of the exiting barn. All the existing improvements; house, barns, sheds etc. are clustered in the northeast corner of the property. The remainder of the site is relatively flat with a pivot irrigation system. The site drains from the north to the south across the pasture. Waste Handling Plan The only waste is domestic trash and B&C Refuse trash company provides regular trash service. Traffic Narrative The use is residential and does not generate additional traffic. There are typically three adults on the property each with a vehicle.
