Dear Mr. Jacobucci:
The Weld County Council met in special session today and
the following motion was passed unanimously.
Attorney Robert Ray shall be instructed to
prepare a resolution to suspend Victor
Jacobucci, with pay, with the reasons for '
the suspension listed in the resolution.
If there is any reason why this resolution should not be ,
adopted, the Council welcomes you to speak in your behalf
regarding it. I
The Council will be holding their regular meeting on
September 6, 1977 at 9 A.M. The adoption of the afore-
mentioned resolution is on the agenda at 11 A.M. Please
feel free to meet with us then.
