RE: APPROVE CORRECTION TO OIL AND GAS LEASE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO
SIGN - ROCKY MOUNTAIN HYDROCARBON, LLC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on February 11, 2015, the Board approved a Lease with Rocky Mountain
Hydrocarbon, LLC, 1738 Wynkoop Street, #1118, Denver, CO 80202, recorded on February 11,
2015, at Reception No. 4082560, on the following described mineral acres:
S1/2 S1/2 of Section 10, Township 3 North,
Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Weld
County, Colorado, as further described in
Exhibit A to said lease.
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Correction to said Oil and Gas Lease
between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, and Rocky Mountain Hydrocarbon, LLC, with terms and
conditions being as stated in said correction, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said correction, a copy
of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Correction to said Oil and Gas Lease between the County of Weld,
State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and
Rocky Mountain Hydrocarbon, LLC be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to
sign said correction.

Effective Date: February 11, 2015
Lessee, named above, is the present owner of the oil and gas lease (the"Lease") dated February
11, 2015, executed by Lessor, named above, in favor of Lessee, named above, recorded at Reception
#4082560 of the Records in the county and state named above. Said Oil and Gas Lease covered certain
Lands owned by the undersigned, situated in Weld County, Colorado, and described in said Oil & Gas
Lease as follows, to wit:
Township 3 North, Range 68West of the 6`" P.M.,
Section 10: Leasehold Tract N — Blocks 1 through 4, Town of Mead, Colorado, in the S/2S/2, as
platted at Reception No. 108433.
Since the execution and recording of the Lease, it has been discovered that there was an
error made in the legal description marked Exhibit"A".
WHEREAS said description is erroneous, and the Lands intended to be covered by said
Oil & Gas Lease are more accurately described as follows:
Township 3 North, Range 68 West,_6"'P.M
Section 10: Lots 2 and 4, Block 3, Town of Mead, lying within the SW/4SW/4, together with that
portion of the streets and alleys lying adjacent to said Lots, according to the recorded Plat and
Reception No. 108433, Weld County, Colorado.
AND
Township 3 North,Range 68 West, 6'h P.M.,
Section 10: Lots 18 and 20, Block 4, Town of Mead, lying within the SW/4SW/4, together with that
portion of the streets and alleys lying adjacent to said Lots, according to the recorded Plat and
Reception No. 108433,Weld County, Colorado.
AND
Township 3 North,Range 68 West,6th P.M.,
Section 10: West 20 feet of Lots 2, 4, 6, 8, Block 4, Town of Mead, lying within the SW/4SW/4,
together with that portion of the streets and alleys lying adjacent to said Lots, according to the
recorded Plat at Reception No. 108433, Weld County, Colorado.
In conjunction with this correction of the effective date of said Lease, Lessor ratifies, adopts, and
confirms the Lease, as corrected, and grants, leases, and lets to Lessee and Lessee's successors and assigns
the corrected effective date for the purposes of and on the terms, conditions, and provisions contained in the
Lease.
This correction to the Lease shall be binding for all purposes on Lessor and Lessee and their
respective heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns.
This Correction to Oil and Gas Lease is signed by Lessor as of the date of the acknowledgments
below, but is effective for all purposes as of the Effective Date stated above.
