RE: RESCINDING RESOLUTION OF FEBRUARY 7, 1977 REGARDING
FUNDING FOR DUNBAR FOSTER CHILD.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Section 3-8 of the Weld County Home Rule
Charter, and the statutes of the State of Colorado, are vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS , on the 7th day of February, 1977, this Board
passed a Resolution directing the discontinuation of any
funding for and on behalf of a foster child, who is living
in the home of Ed and Lydia Dunbar, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, now wishes to rescind said Resolution and give the matter
of payments by the Department of Social Services of Weld County,
Colorado to Ed and Lydia Dunbar for and on behalf of the said
Dunbar's foster child, further, study and review before any
final decision is made regarding any such payments .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Resolution passed by
this Board on the 7th day of February, 1977 directing discontin-
uation of payments by the Department of Social Services of Weld
County, Colorado, to Ed and Lydia Dunbar for and on behalf of
a foster child living with Ed and Lydia Dunbar, be and the same
is hereby rescinded.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 9th day of
February, A.D. , 1977'.
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the record
and signed on the 9th day of February, A.D. , 1977.
