RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SUSPENSION OF COLORADO RETAIL FOOD
ESTABLISHMENT LICENSE - FULLMOON SALOON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Fullmoon Saloon, located at 206 Main Street, Pierce, Colorado, is allegedly
in violation of the Colorado Retail Food Establishment Rules and Regulations, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 13th day of July, 2015, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter one (1) week.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to July 20, 2015,
at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 13th day of July, A.D., 2015.
