RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO 911 EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICE
AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the 911 Emergency Telephone Service
Authority Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Alan Caldwell be appointed to said board, to
replace Donnie Patch, as the Sheriff's Appointee, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Alan Caldwell with a term to expire
January 10, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the aforementioned person be, and hereby is, appointed to the 911
Emergency Telephone Service Authority Board, with a term to expire January 10, 2017.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 15th day of April, A.D., 2015.
