RE : APPOINTMENTS TO THE NORTHWEST GREELEY WARDS ACRES SANITATION
DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS .
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado , and
WHEREAS , the Northwest Greeley Wards Acres Sanitation District
was formed under 1953 CRS 89-5 in 1960, and
WHEREAS , several people in said Northwest Greeley Wards Acres
Sanitation District desire to dissolve said district , and
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors of said district is now
vacant and it is necessary to appoint five members to said Board
in order to dissolve the district , and
WHEREAS , pursuant to Section 32-4-111, CRS 1973 and Section
32-1-849 (2) , CRS 1973 , the Board of County Commissioners are to
appoint new members to the Board of Directors for special districts ,
and
WHEREAS , the following people have agreed to serve on said
Board of Directors :

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the above mentioned
people be, and hereby are, appointed to serve as the Board of
Directors of the Northwest Greeley Wards Acres Sanitation
District for the purpose of dissolving said district.

The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded , adopted by the following vote on the 18th
day of July , A. D. , 1979 .

Dear Russ :
Enclosed is a copy of the Resolution appointing directors
in the Wards Acres Sanitation District dated January 31 , 1979 .
Also enclosed is an original and copy of the same resolution
to have the county commissioners again appoint the same individuals .
As I explained , we did not have the directors take their oath
of office until I had an agreement with the City of Greeley
to take over the district upon dissolution. We now have reached
an agreement with the City and I need the commissioners to
reappoint , as the directors must take their oath within thirty
days after the appointment .
