Please be advised that on = , Bestway Concrete Company , whose address and telephone
number are 301 Centennial Dr. , Milliken, CO 80543; (970) 587-7277, submitted a request for financial warranty
reduction for the Nissen Farm Resource, Permit No. M-2003-001. The construction materials extraction
operation is located at or near Section 12, Township 5N, Range 65W, 06th Prime Meridian,in Weld County.
Written comments or objections to the financial warranty reduction may be submitted to, and additional
information obtained from, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215,
Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. Comments or objections should be submitted within 15 days. The
Division is required to wait 30 days after the release decision is made to allow for appeals.
