PDC drilled the above listed well in September of 2014 and started to produce in January. These division orders lay out your proportionate share of revenue from this well. As soon as I receive an executed Division Order back from you, I will place your interest into pay status. Please note, PDC will only issue a check once the accrued amount has reached $50 or more or it will be paid annually, whichever occurs first. Our checks are cut and mailed around the 24th of each month. Please follow the enclosed "Instructions to Interest Owners" for executing and returning one copy of the Division Order to this office. The extra copy is for your records. The cut-off for changes in accounting is the 10th of the month. If we receive your Division Orders after the 10th, the pay change will take place the following month. Please be advised that as of January 15, 2013,the following information must accompany all division orders which are submitted to Weld County Board of County Commissioners for approval: 1. Copy of applicable lease(s) or reception numbers, including all Exhibits, with Weld County together with any assignment thereof which documents Weld County's mineral interest, as well as forms the basis of the division order. Please see the attached oil &gas lease. 2. Letter sized copy of the plat reflecting the complete spacing unit with Weld County's mineral interest outlined and highlighted related to the division order. Also please provide all acreage labels necessary to support the calculations used to arrive at the County's royalty interest. We don't have a plat for this well, but I've attached a map from Weld County's Property Information Portal showing where your interest lies—roughly highlighted in red —the spacing unit is roughly highlighted in black. 3. Detailed calculations illustrating how the County's royalty interest was derived.This is listed on the division order right under the decimal interest. 4. Spud date and expected date of first production.The spud date for this well was October 5, 2014 and 1St production is listed as the effective date on the Division Order(January 7, 2015.) 5.
