RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING FOURTEEN (14) PARKING SPACE LEASES
WITH VARIOUS ENTITIES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on April 27, 2015, the Board was presented with fourteen (14) Parking Space
Leases between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Buildings and Grounds, and the
entities listed below, at which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue consideration of
said leases to Monday, May 4, 2015, and again to May 6, 2015, to allow discussion with the
Director of Buildings and Grounds present, and
1) Robert Shreve Architect and Planners (2 spaces)
2) Robert Ruyle (1 space)
3) RGT, LLC (6 spaces)
4) Peter Morrell (1 space)
5) Diane Johnson (1 space)
6) Michael Reidel (1 space)
7) Sylvia Humphrey (1 space)
8) Bruce Johnson (1 space)
WHEREAS, after review on May 6, 2015, the Board deems it advisable to reject said
leases.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the fourteen (14) Parking Space Leases between the County of Weld,
State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf
of the Department of Buildings and Grounds, and the entities listed above be, and hereby are,
approved.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of May, A.D., 2015.
