Wendi Inloes From: Hice-Idler, Gloria [Gloria.Hice-Idler@DOT.STATE.CO.US] Sent: Friday, October 28, 2011 2:54 PM To: Wendi Inloes Subject: Jim Miller Wendy, I've spoken to Jim Miller and based upon that conversation, I have concluded that he does not need to obtain a new access permit. It appears that his driveway is a legal, grandfathered, access. CDOT has no objections to the County providing him with a building permit for his remodel. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me. Have a great weekend! Gloria Hice-Idler CDOT R4 Permit Manager (970) 350-2148 1 Hello
