RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT TO NORTHEAST COLORADO REGIONAL
EMERGENCY AND TRAUMA SERVICES ADVISORY COUNCIL (RETAC)
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancies currently exist on the Northeast Colorado Regional Emergency
and Trauma Services Advisory Council (RETAC), and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Toni Moses be reassigned from an alternate
member to a regular member position on said board, to replace Linda Britton, and to appoint
Marilyn Sykes-Johnson to said board as an alternate member to replace Toni Moses, both with
a term to expire June 30, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Toni Moses be, and hereby is, reassigned and Marilyn Skyes-
Johnson to be appointed to the Northeast Colorado Regional Emergency and Trauma Services
Advisory Council (RETAC), with a term to expire June 30, 2017.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 13th day of May, A.D., 2015.
