RE: APPROVE REASSIGNMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Michael Wailes be reassigned to said board
as a Regular Member from an Associate Member, to replace Jerry Neff, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jordan Jemiola be reappointed to said board
as an Associate Member, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reassign Michael Wailes and to reappoint
Jordan Jemiola to said board, with terms to expire July 31, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Michael Wailes be reassigned; and that Jordan Jemiola be reappointed;
both with terms to expire July 31, 2018.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 3rd day of August, A.D., 2015.
